We're Hiring: Sales Representative (North)
Looking for a new challenge in 2023??
As our sales representative for the North, you will be a key part of driving our sales and brand recognition in the On Trade market. We are looking for a fun, motivated, hard-working individual to be a great brand ambassador for our award-winning, independent brewery and become a key member of our team!
Working closely with, and reporting to our Head of Sales, this role encompasses the following:
Developing partnerships with new and existing customers
Identifying, developing and maximising new On Trade sales
Utilising our CRM system
Organising and attend events; representing the brewery at national events and festivals
Assisting in creating content for marketing and social media
(Dependent on successful candidate’s location) Either based out of our HQ in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire with regular travel throughout the North; or fully remote working with occasional trips to HQ.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in sales (preferably within the craft beer industry but not essential)
Passion for craft beer
Skills and attributes:
Must be self-motivated, take pride in your work and have the drive and tenacity to achieve personal and commercial goals.
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer focus
The ability to work well independently, including effective time management and performance reporting
Must hold a full driving licence. Travelling to customers will be required.
Competency in social media, digital communications and content creation.
Permission to work in the UK
Full time position (flexible days/hours available).
Salary up to £25k pa (depending on experience) + bonus scheme + benefits + 28 days annual leave per annum plus Bank Holidays.
