New Brew: ANALOG ODYSSEY

Say hello to Analog Odyssey. A proper treat of a pale ale, with West Coast vibes throughout. Lemon and pine dominate on the nose, a cinder toffee like sweetness on the palate, with a long lasting bitterness and refreshing grapefruit finish. This is the perfect pale ale to settle in with as the days grow shorter, and the autumn chill takes hold. Hopped with Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, and Centennial.
