New Brew: Cosmic Flux

Cosmic Flux. You may have seen this before, but it's back, and better than ever. Still coming at you with that one-two punch of Citra & Mosaic hops at 7.2% ABV. Our annual brew of this beer sees us revise the recipe with some tweaks and adding a bit of what we've learned in the last year or so...

The water profile is far softer (thanks Knaresborough!), the malt bill more silky and smooth, the hops more intense thanks to some BBC magic* (not the one you pay your license to), and the yeast more aromatic and complementary to the hops, with a higher residual sugar, meaning more body and flavour.

Enough jibber-jabber, it's a lovely NEIPA and we're damned proud of it!
