Brewed in collaboration with Heist Brew Co.  This Double Stout began as a creamy, smooth base of oats and lactose and dark brown sugar as part of a complex grist alongside seven other malts. Balanced additions of raspberry and honey then enhanced this dessert beer to new heights.
